Competition in PdC is fearce, so realy bad apartments are very rare. I stay at Playa Club: a bit more expensive than average, but very well situated, 24h reception, large pool, discount at the spa, no ¨loud, drunken teenagers¨ at 4 in the morning.

There are many bars here: along the Avenida and in other streets. Lots of Irish bars, some live music bars, also several clubs (Tropical, Ruta 66), most off them close around 2 or 3am; at least 2 clubs are open til 6am (Cesars & 928)
The other day I ¨found¨ Cafe del Carmen on the San Antonio end of the strip: new, trendy lounge bar with a dj: very nice!
