Webcam updates

Hello, after a long time i could get the ADSL to be fixed and the Puerto del Carmen webcam is working again.

The next step will be to clean the dome (housing) that after about 2 years it must be dirty.

The conection can fail some times, and then i have to go to PDC to fix it but it´s very easy, i only need to stwich it ON/OFF and it starts working again. The reason of this failure from time to time must be that the conection between the cam and the router is "wireless".
