If she is a people person, I cant see why she wouldnt get on. You do sometimes take flack from vendors and purchasers when things dont go right, but if you are able to keep your cool, and be sincere (I know not a lot of agents are) it is a good career. It can be very incestuous where staff flit from one agency to another in short periods of time, but if she is set on doing it, then why not give it a try.

Ive been doing this job for nearly twenty years, Had a 'career break' bout 6 years ago when I was a PA for a year and hated that so much, I got back into estate agency. It can be hard work, long hours and you never get a whole weekend off, and its not always the money that the public think we earn. Very basic basic and if its quiet like it is now, it can be hard going but I wouldnt do anything else.
