Take plenty of sun cream, remember Lanzarote can always be breezy and lulls you into a false sense of coolness but your actually very warm on the surface of your skin. Apart from that it is a fantastic time of the year for the weather.

Married with two children a boy (22) a girl (17) been visiting Lanzarote 15 years around 3 times per year.Kids still love the place famara being our favourite for body boarding or arrieta. Big leeds United fans and love all sports. Stay mainly on Las Villas near San Antonio Hotel, but spend time at night in san migel bar or Craic & Ceol .

Back to peace tranquility 1st two weeks in April. Clear days on Famara please if anyone up there is listening don't really believe in that stuff but always willing to try.

If anything "big" happens on Lanzarote while you're there: get on line and let us know! I've been a couple of times to Famara, but only as day trips. So far I always stayed in PdC, the last couple of years at Playa Club. "Every night turns into party night in PdC" sounds very familiar, actually: don't know it anyway else!
P.S. Congratulations to your daughter from the Netherlands; I'll bet I'm the only dutch guy she "knows".
