Uses for this card "wanted"!

Yes, you get the card but..., which benefits would you like to get when you use it? I would like it is not the "typical" card, but a useful one.
Your help is needed to get more advantages.

I think some type of discount on accommodation or car hire, restaurants or even in supermarkets, - for example. Discounts on day to day things that people coming back to Lanza every year can enjoy. I think discounts on things like excursions etc wouldnt benefit us really, as everyone has already done the 'tourist' thing on their first visit.
Well thats my opinion, I look forward to reading what other members think.

The Canarian Goverment is interested to know what we think about it in order to improve or get new ideas about how to use it.
Their main information is at http://www.canarias-sostenible.com/ but one of the advantages to join it through our Net (instead of doing it directly with them) will be that the card will include your name and Lanzarote Tourist Network member number (I think the photo is too much, isn´t it?....)

Just a thought. What about discount from taxis. We use around 10 taxis in a 2 week stay. It could be limited to to and from the airport or for trips over a certain distance if not popular with taxi owners/drivers. May encourage tourists to visit more places of interest on the island as well as increase taxi useage.
