Hi,
There are very good offers now. Spanish banks have their own sites where you can check what they are offering.
There are many companies that need to sell as soon as possible due to crisis. Be careful and get the best option.

Thank you for that. We probably won't be ready to buy just yet, so I hope the good deals will still be going whe we havesold our property here.. I have started lookng now, just to get the feel of the market, I do seem to be getting some useful feedback.

Worth a look but go on site Lanzaroteestateagents.COM AND REF 3054,
there are others but its a start and only 115,000 euros 3bed & 2 separate rooms,

Thank you for that, have just looked at that property and if I had sold my property in the UK I would certainly be looking at it, a lot of scope there.
