The 6th is the actual day, but because that's a Sunday, this year the 7th is the official "holiday" !!!
On December 6, 1978 92% of the Spanish population voted for a new constitution. This referendum was deployed encouraged by the new elected parliament and Juan Carlos I who, after the death of dictator Franco, had become the Spanish king.
